Weight Training
This is a web page that shows you the basic
information to weight training. There are three pictures based on the
fundamentals on weight training. Weight training is a life style, in
which a person sets a goal on how he or she wants to look and feel.
Weight training leaves the body in a well conditioned state where the
person feels healthy and strong. In weight training, a routine
(schedule) is needed as a guideline on what to train for on a
particular day. A well balanced diet is also needed in order to stay
slim and away from unnecessary fat. There are certain types of food
daily consumers should try to avoid and those are fast foods. Burger
joints and chinese takeouts are one of the fastest ways of gaining
weight and becoming unhealthy. The best way for a person to eat healthy
is by creating a food chart or a pyramid.
The United States Department for Agriculture can customize your own
pyramid based on your age, sex (male or female) and physical activity.
If you want to start weight training or become healthier, try making a
routine and a food pyramid as a stepping stone to a healthier person.
