Dim Sum : The
Art of
Chinese Tea Lunch
In
Chinese culture,
Dim-Sum is also known " Tea Lunch," which is a traditional way to
socialize with people or a family gathering. We have hundreds of
different delicious dishes to choose and serve with a cup of hot tea.
Dim-Sum is very popular in China, especially these well-known
dishes, such as shrimp dumplings, spring rolls, and beef rools.
We decorate each dish with differnt styles. For example, we steam the
shrimp dumpling on the bamboo instead of using regular bowl because it
shows our old-fashioned way of cooking the food.
