This web page is dedicated to my family. It contains pictures of very intimate moments that we've shared over this past summer.

Family are the shouts in the dark that keep you awake
trying to be invisible under your blankets.
They are the warm hearts you run to
when everyone else at the rink skates too fast
and you've cut your knees on the ice.
They are given to you at birth with your eyes and lips and nose.
They will stick to you wherever you go
     and shape how you see,
     what you say
     and how you are seen
     forever.
They are the people you share bread with,
and those you share the lack of bread with.
Sometimes your family aren't people.
Family is whoever lives under the tent of your soul.

          F i r s t   F a m i l y Vacation
Our first family vacation was to the most magical place on earth , Disney World

These picture were taken the first day of our trip. The first picture was taken at La Guardia Airport while we waited to board our flight. To the far right is my dad, my youngest sister, Michelle and myself. For people who's flights were delayed for almost two hours we sure looked liked we enjoyed waiting. The two other pictures were taken at Epcot, where I tried all the beautiful hats in the "Vacation store".

These pictures were taken the second morning. As you can see Lisa, my sixteen years old sister, wastes no time getting her grub on. After breakfast we were escorted by our tour bus that took us to Animal Kingdom where we took pictures with some of our favorite Disney characters.

Being in Disney world made all of us felt like we were eight years old all over again. Growing up we often watched the animation on television about Mickey and Minnie mouse but to meet  the characters in person is one of the most magical thing a person can experience. This picture was taken at the Disney Parade, where Mickey and his sweetheart Minnie performed for the audience.

The two pictures to the right and left were taken after waiting in line for a total of one and a half hours. My younger sister Michelle didn't seem to mind though, it was her once in a lifetime chance of taking  pictures and receiving a personal autograph from Princess Jasmine and Balou. The other picture was taken in our hotel room. That's my mommy, she is usually very outgoing and cheerful but after walking all three parks even she couldn't conceal her exhaustion.

MAIN STREET
This is day four, our vacation is nearing an end now, but we still had the day to visit all the stores on Main Street. We also had time to take a few pictures with Goofy and the other characters residing at the Magical Kingdom. The second picture was taken at the airport, as you can see everyone has a glum face not because we're tired but a little bit sad that we had to leave Disney and return to our regular lives.

Even though our time at Disney was very short it was very spectacular. Without my family being there I think that it could have turned out a lot worst.
