Hi my name is Jackie and I would like to share with you the importance of a good diet and exercise.  I try to exercise at least four to five times a week.  I jog on my treadmill and also lift free weights at home.  I also do a variety of exercise tapes.  I have Tae Bo and Pilates tapes.  I also use African, Salsa and Meringue dance tapes.  Exercising helps to relieve my stress.  I am a full time student and a mom which keeps me very busy.  I try to exercise early in the morning when the house is quiet, this is the perfect way to start my day.  In addition to exercising I also try to eat a balanced diet.  I limit fats and sweets and eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables a day.  I also drink lots of water at least two liters a day.  I maintain my diet and I exercise because I want to be an example for my four year old son.  I also want to be around a long time to watch him grow.  If you wish to contact me please email me at :  Jcollin@hunter.cuny.edu
