Life is an interesting maze of challenges. Yes, life has always and only been challenges. You just don't notice many because you have conquered them. Tying a shoe lace is now easy to do.
So why do we sometimes complain about how "Life" is so hard. Is it only now that it has become hard, or has it always been? Is "hard" the right word, or are we overestimating the difficulty of "Life." Have we given up on facing challenges?
Life is all about facing challenges, and not avoiding them. We, as humans, have this delight of the rational battle of making our creative imaginations be a part of our physical realities. But there are some ground rules. We live in a physical world where e=mc² is true. Life may be that simple.
Hi,
my name is Alberto. I still ask the question "WHY?" In the
current situation our society is in, I doubt that many people still carry
my question anymore. I'm looking for people who still ask "WHY?"
Wondering what I'm talking about? Well, I am too. Have you
ever wondered what "Life" ought to be for yourself? I have, and still
am. Did you love reading Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand?
Interested in discussion? Email me at afenix@hunter.cuny.edu.
Also, check this website out. It is about Ayn Rand and this organization that has been started by a good friend of hers.
If you
haven't read her books,
I suggest that you read them first before going to this website.
Unfortunately, when something becomes popular it is unavoidable to hear
or read somebody else's opinion about it. I suggest, creating your
own opinion before discovering other's opinions. Here are the other
names of her fictional books: We the Living (1936), Anthem
(1938), The Fountainhead (1943), and Atlas Shrugged (1957).
If you have bought the new editions with the extended forewords and discussions
about Ayn Rand, don't read it(!), or just tear them out. Enjoy the
books for what they are: very good stories. I suggest reading The
Fountainhead first, followed by Atlas Shrugged.
Then if you are still hungry for more, read the other two.
Live "LIFE" and be FREE!!!
