How do I go about taking my picture for the Yearbook?

In order to get you picture taken you must call Thornton Studios at (212) 647-1966 and schedule an appointment with them. However, they will take a number of them and after they send you the proofs you must choose the best one to be included in the Yearbook. If you do not choose a picture then the studios will choose for you.

Do I have to pay to get my picture in the Yearbook or for the book itself?

No, the yearbook is given for free to all graduating seniors and you do not have to pay to get your portrait included in the book either. If you choose to purchase some pictures for yourself, you will have to choose which packet you would want to receive. Each packet has a number of different pictures and sizes for you to choose from.

When will my Yearbook be ready?

The books come in and are ready for distribution during the following Fall semester from your date of graduation. For example, if you are graduating in January or June of 2006, your yearbook will be given out Fall Semester of 2006. We go by date of graduation, not semester.

How will I receive my Yearbook?

When the yearbooks come in we will be sending you a postcard in the mail notifying you that the book is ready. You will then have to come into the Oasis with your postcard and pick it up. They will not give you a Yearbook without your postcard, so please do not loose it.
