Fellow Students,
It is my great joy to be serving as your yearbook editor. As of Fall 2004 I took over this position with intense excitement for I believe that it is time to increase the quality and broaden the interest of our yearbook. My goal is to create new lines of communication among us and involve as much of the student body as possible. A yearbook belongs to each and every one of us; it is time therefore to pick up the beat and get a facelift. First and foremost our quality will be much improved as we recently upgraded our equipment. Even this web site is an enhancement as we hope it will serve as a basis for communication. Next we have worked out a new and more accessible, not to mention exciting, format/style, one that is tailored more to our needs and tastes as students. The production of a DVD Chronicle is yet another exhilarating improvement dedicated to the work students put in for the various campus productions/events. One of my biggest ambitions is to create a yearbook that will be more in tune with contemporary standards and technologies and thus will cater more to your needs and preferences. We, the students, are the life of this campus, lets come together and make something of it, why not let our yearbook be our initial meeting point. Please feel free to contact me directly or any of our staff members with suggestions, comments or questions.
Have a Great Semester!
Sincerely your Editor,
Maria Mavrakis |
