Roosevelt House: Public Policy Institute at Hunter College
"Roosevelt House will train students to think critically about public policy. Through Roosevelt House, Hunter College will offer an interdisciplinary program leading to a certificate in public policy for undergraduates. ... Students will have access to new extracurricular programs, such as Hunter's chapter of the Roosevelt Institution, a student operated think-tank and internship program with branches currently on 60 campuses nationwide."

"One to Watch: Hunter College just started a chapter this fall, and they're already a great example. Hunter started out on the right foot in every way: recruiting at the start of the year, putting together a great website, and working with the CUNY administration to build a chapter that will last for years to come. In October, they hosted NYC Councilman John Liu & Exec Director Nate Loewentheil for a panel on 21st Century Activism for Young Voters. In Nov, they co-sponsored an Environmental Week to raise awareness of eco-friendly living in NYC. And in Feb 08, they'll have their official launch party. Next, it's
Roosevelt House: Once home to Franklin & Eleanor Roosevelt, this will soon become a center for public policy. Working with Hunter's President Raab, the Roosevelt Institution at Hunter will have a major role to play in Roosevelt House, ensuring them a place to work and host events for years to come."
