Philosophy Club of Hunter College
Spring 2005
Upcoming events will be listed here, so check back soon as we arrange them. Each Wednesday during which there are Deans' Hours (1-3pm)--when we traditionally hold our discussion groups--is listed below, as are those Wednesdays that are not so at Hunter. Hopefully, we will have some other events as well--movies, presentations, perhaps another sports day, etc. Wednesday meetings from 1 to 3pm are in or around THH 521.

Expected future meetings: Prof. Acampora will come to speak on Japanese philosophy, a dramatic reading of Plato's Symposium (!), the film "Waking Life" will be shown, philosophical therapy, topic: philosophy of music, a multiple club meeting on aesthetics, and perhaps there will be a bake sale and end-of-the-year sports event, etc.
