Chartered clubs are able to access, on a one-time basis, up to $300 of student activity funds prior to budget approval by
completing the following steps:
1. Fill out a Request for Reimbursement Form. Important – funds spent without submitting this form will only be
reimbursed up to 80%
2. Submit, IN PERSON, to the College Association, Thomas Hunter Hall, Room 214, for approval prior to event or purchase.
