-- For centuries Capoeira was a male-only activity, but in the past few decades it has become a powerful expression of feminism and equality in Brazil and worldwide. There will be Capoeira, a discussion of the female perspective on Capoeira, shopping (its a bonding experience, or whatever:) and you'll meet the other capoeiristas of ACNYC.
No, boys, you cannot come to the Women's Seminar...or at least you
shouldn't.

The veterans from the Hunter Club and our brothers and sisters in ACNYC will test for their next rank; for some of us like me it will be our first promotion test! You'll also see more games, some of the masters from Brazil, as well as Samba and Maculele.
